Dr. Shors' notable research on PTSD featured in The Washington Post


Dr. Tracey Shors; Distinguished Professor and Graduate Vice-Chair of the Psychology Department had her research on PTSD featured in an article in The Washington Post on 10/19/2019. The article entitled, Women are more than twice as likely as men to suffer from PTSD. Studies are underway to find out why. Dr. Shors has proved to be a forward thinker within the field of psychology due to her most recent research on the correlation between rape and  PTSD in female victims.
